IT'S TIME FOR
THE CHILD'S RIGHT TO PLAY!?
Education in terms of playing, culture, art and media today can and must be more than just „all inclusive“.
Diversity determines our everyday working environment, going beyond real-sensual (and) digitalized play spaces. Where we come from determines the future, both that of children and teenagers as well as that of our education system. Rapid social and political developments demand new definitions of quality and continuous professionalization of the actors in theory and practice. And this brings about changes in resources such as time, (free) space, partners and funding.
On the 30th anniversary of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, the congress asks the question as to how, in the collaboration of practice, institutions and politics, the right to play, education and health can be fulfilled in the present day for all (people) in a modern and future-oriented manner.
Local, national and international actors from playing practice and theory exchange experience within the framework of a symposium over all levels, formulate solution approaches, engage in practical workshops, and go „outdoors“ to celebrate a festival of games!
